সাম্প্রতিক সময়ত গোটেই বিশ্ব ক’ৰণা মহামাৰীৰ কবলত পৰিছে। তেনে প্ৰেক্ষাপটত ১০ জুন তাৰিখে ভাৰত চৰকাৰে অভিবাসী সকলৰ বাবে স্বাস্থ্য বিমাৰ ব্যবস্থা কৰিছে। এই বীমাই আয়ুষমান ভাৰত প্ৰধানমন্ত্ৰী জন আৰোগ্য যোজনাৰ অধীনত যি সমূহ ৰাজ্যই ক’ৰণাৰ প্ৰভাৱত ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হৈছে সেই সকল লোকক আচনিখনৰ সুবিধা প্রদান কৰিব। এই আচনিখনে সেই সকলকহে সাঙুৰি ল’ব যি সকলে ক’ৰণাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে চলা যুজৰ ফলত সমগ্ৰ ভাৰততে দিয়া ল’ক ডাউনৰ কাৰণে নিজৰ কৰ্মসংস্থাপন হেৰুৱাইছে লগতে জীৱন যাপন কৰাত অসুবিধাৰ সন্মূখীন হৈছ। এই আচনিখন ৰূপায়ন কৰাৰ দায়িত্বত আছে NHA (Nations Health Authority) আৰু NHA ই ৰাজ্যসমূহক প্ৰকৃত শিতাধিকাৰীক চিনাক্ত কৰাৰ ক্ষেত্রত সহযোগিতা কৰাৰ কথা উল্লেখ কৰা হৈছে।
National Health Authority এ যোগ্য শিতাধিকাৰীক ই-কাৰ্ড প্ৰদান কৰিব। আয়ুষমান ভাৰত – প্ৰধানমন্ত্ৰী জন আৰোগ্য যোজনা হৈছে ভাৰত চৰকাৰৰ ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় স্বাস্থ্য নীতিৰ এটা অংশ। যিটো আচনি কাগজপত্র আৰু নগদবিহীন ভাবে প্ৰতিটো পৰিয়ালক ৫ লাখ টকা লৈকে আৰ্থিক সাহায্য প্ৰদান কৰিব। আচনিৰখনৰ মূল উদ্দেশ্য হৈ সমাজৰ আটাইতকৈ দূৰ্বল শ্ৰেণীক বিনামূলীয়া চিকিৎসা সেৱা প্ৰদান কৰা ।
In the present scenario of the pandemic COVID-19 over the whole world The Central Government of India on June 10 have decided to provide health insurance to the migrants under the scheme Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana(AB- PMJAY) to the migrant workers through out the states of India who are effected by the Outburst of the pandemic (COVID-19).
This resolution has been passed to provide to provide health care insurance to those effected and Lost their jobs and doesn’t able to make their livelihood during the nation wide lockdown due to the war against the pandemic.
The implementation agency of the scheme is the National Health Authority ( NHA) they are been Coordinating with the states in order to identify who are competent to take benefit of the scheme. National Health Authority has also extended to issue e- cards to the eligible migrants.
The scheme (AB- PMJAY) is a part of the Indian Government’s National Health Policy, It is a paperless And cashless scheme that provides cover up to 5 lacks per family per year. It focuses on providing Free and fair health care coverage mainly to the vulnerable and poor section of people.
